Cancellation Penalties

Understanding our cancellation penalties helps you manage your travel plans effectively.

*Here are the fees based on when you cancel prior to departure:

Prior to Departure

240 Days or More: $500 cancellation fee per person. This fee applies from the date of registration.

239 to 60 Days: $500 cancellation fee per person, plus any non-refundable flight costs.

59 to 22 Days: $1,000 cancellation fee per person, plus any non-refundable flight costs.

21 Days or Less : No refund is possible.

Please note that most flights are fully non-refundable. In the event that the airline carrier allows for a partial refund and your tour is not in the non-refundable period, your cancellation penalty will be adjusted accordingly. Travel Insurance premiums paid separately are typically non-refundable and are not included in our cancellation fee schedule above.

Cancellation Process

1. Email Notification: Email us at support@glimmertours.com to initiate the cancellation process.

2. Electronic Signature: Within 14 days of sending your email, please complete and electronically sign the provided cancellation document for each participant who is cancelling.

The official cancellation date is the date we receive your email notification. If the cancellation document is not signed within 14 days, your booking remains active, and standard terms continue to apply.

Date Change Policy

If your departure is more than 240 days away, you may switch your reservation to another available tour date or a different itinerary for a change fee of $250 per person. Please be aware that any package price differences, resulting from changes in tour pricing, will be applicable.
